The Women’s Initiative - Employee Resource Group

DCMA established a Women’s Initiative Employee Resource Group in order to provide women with a forum to network, exchange ideas, and share strategies for success in the workplace. DCMA’s Women’s Initiative has hosted a diverse range of events that include guest speakers, seminars, networking, and social events.

The Women’s Initiative strives to provide a forum for empowering women and promoting women’s career growth, professional development and leadership.

Sponsor of Japan Society's Elevating Women in Leadership Program

We are proud to sponsor and participate in Japan Society’s Elevating Women in Leadership Program. Throughout this six-month development program, a select group of women from various levels across different industries will develop and hone their leadership skills, with an emphasis on communication, influence, and self-advocacy.

Through facilitated workshops and group coaching sessions, participants will gain a better understanding of their capabilities, continue building their professional networks, and further enhance their leadership abilities
