As a corporate citizen in the United States, the DCMA Board wants to take this opportunity to reaffirm our values as an organization. We stand in solidarity against injustice, racism, unlawful discrimination and acts of violence of any kind.
DCMA is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, where all employees are offered a respectful and encouraging work environment. DCMA has always had a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of unlawful discrimination. We believe that all members of any community deserve equality, and have the freedom to fully participate and succeed in our society. We applaud the recent Supreme Court decision prohibiting discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.
The past few months have been especially trying. We’ve witnessed with sadness the recent tragic events, in Minneapolis, Atlanta and other communities, when lives are cut short by a system designed to protect. These events and the peaceful protests that followed are a call for constructive change and shed light on discrimination that has long pervaded our society.
The Board reaffirms our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace free from unlawful discrimination. We are determined to ensure all our employees are offered a respectful and encouraging work environment. These recent events have now served to heighten that determination and the desire for all senior management and employees to play an active role in delivering that goal.
